As first-time home buyers, we were quite daunted with the process and had no idea where to start. Beth helped us with everything from finances, a house versus a condo, and even helped us explore neighborhoods in Philly.
At one point in our search, I started to get discouraged that maybe our money wouldn’t get us what we wanted. We were at one house that needed a bit of work and was already priced a bit above our comfort zone, but we figured maybe this is just what we’d have to settle for. Beth sat with us for hours and explained to us that this house would be settling. She could tell we were emotionally spent and needed a little break. Beth could have easily just suggested we put an offer in so she could walk away with a nice commission, but instead her interests were in our happiness. After a couple of weeks, Beth sent us a new listing that was just about to hit the market. She got us in to see the place right away and we loved it! We made an offer and the sellers accepted the next day!
This whole process has been amazingly positive thanks to Beth’s expertise, patience, organization, and responsiveness.
