Kevin Pelegrin

Kevin Pelegrin is the Chief Operating Officer of On The Square, leading the development of industry-defining strategies that optimize both the client & agent experience.  Passionate about bringing data analytics to the epicenter of decision making, Kevin brings decades of experience leveraging insights & building platforms that help our agents guide clients intelligently, confidently, and informatively. Kevin sets the pace for what it means to keep up with the market, synthesizing cutting-edge analytics, strategic thinking, innovation & precision execution to create a transcendent client service experience that sets a new paradigm for Philadelphia real estate.

Prior to joining his wife Margaux at the helm of the On The Square team, Kevin spent 12 years developing & leading Aramark’s Sports & Entertainment division as the Vice President of the Data Science team. He played a key role in anticipating and pre-emptively responding to shifts in the fast-paced S&E space using insight-driven decision-making, which he brings to On The Square. 

He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, receiving a B.S in both finance and logistics. He earned his MBA in marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.  Kevin resides in Rittenhouse Square with Margaux, and their two kids, Colin and Ben.

Amanda Escobar

Amanda Escobar leads VIEW Marketing Company, providing On The Square with captivating marketing strategies & tactics that help our represented properties & agents shine. Focused on elevating exposure of On The Square and the exquisite properties we represent, Amanda provides services around compelling storytelling & content, creative direction, hyper-local audience targeting, and strategic communication on the best benefits that come with the Philadelphia lifestyle.
Dedicated to understanding the specific needs, desires & behaviors of Philadelphians, Amanda positions On The Square properties to target audiences by deploying multi-channel strategies that garner serious reach from digital to experiential and everything in between. Going beyond traditional real estate marketing, Amanda helps On The Square continue to solidify its reputation for client service like no other by articulating & demonstrating the incredible value our agent experience provides to buyers, sellers, investors, and the real estate-curious.
Amanda was born & raised in Philadelphia & the surrounding metro area where she built her career in marketing working for Philadelphia-based Fortune 500 companies before founding VIEW. She graduated from the Villanova School of Business with a degree in Marketing & International Business.

Sara Morris

Sara Morris is the lead operations specialist who goes above and beyond to create seamless, smooth, and stress free service experiences for our clients. She has been with us since 2020 and has become an indispensable part of the white-glove service for which On The Square is knowm. Sara’s work,  and expertise allows our agents to focus on guiding clients through the process hand-in-hand, while Sara ensures every detail gets done behind the scenes. Her contributions to the team are provide confidence to every client that no detail is missed & that every unique situation is treated with the utmost attention & care.

Sara’s knowledge is unmatched when it comes to knowing the ins and outs of what’s required for transactions from end to end. Her operational knowledge of real estate transactional logistics, closings, and listings positions her an expert in this field and the epicenter of our team.

Sara is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University Haub School of Business and while she hails from Connecticut, she has fully converted to a Philadelphian – most notably evidenced by her incredibly hosted Eagles tailgates & passionate fandom.
