Nick is a lifelong Greater Philadelphia resident and comes to the On The Square Team with a strong background in construction, portfolio, and property management. Having moved from the burbs to the city in 2014 while obtaining his risk-management degree from Temple University, there’s no one better to help you navigate the Philly area real estate market.
Nick truly understands what it takes to make people feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the entire home buying and selling process. Real estate is what he does, and relationships are why he does it. When he’s not running around the city and helping his clients make their next move, Nick can be found hanging with family and friends around the City on LBI or in Fort Lauderdale.
