I worked with Megan in purchasing a second property. She was recommended to me by a friend who had worked with her in purchasing his home. I connected with Megan right away. We met in person to discuss my needs and what the process would look like. That lead to us getting started…Megan provided home suggestions based on my criteria and took me to see check out properties. I always had many questions about the properties I was interested in and she always did research for me and answered my questions. I put an offer on a house and the process didn’t go well due to the intransigence of the seller, but at every step of that crazy road, Megan was working with me on negotiations and then as a result of a non-workable impasse, the termination of the agreement. All along she guided me and was my champion in dealing with the seller and his agent. We moved onto more searches and after seeing many other homes, she helped in finally getting me situated in one. This was also an extensive and what at least to me felt like hardcore negotiations, but Megan was sharp and focused and was able to get me (most) of what I needed. As a Philadelphia native, Megan has great command of the city and its neighborhood and is well connected. I have already recommended her to friends and will feel confident in doing so again in the future.
