When my wife, Deborah, and I decided to relocate to Philadelphia we used the open house convention to interview potential buyer agents. When we met Fred Manfred we liked his straight forward communication, market knowledge and enthusiasm for Center City real estate.

I have often thought of writing to thank you for all of your efforts in the marketing and selling of my house on 7th Street. Having lived in that home for 22 years, the process of opening it up for showings was in and of itself, for me, daunting.
